StormHighway.com StormCam I - Precip Monitor

Current precip conditions at the Storm Highway office in Charleston, West Virginia. This camera view is used to monitor rain/snow/ice conditions on the ground. Several surface types are visible - wood, foliage, dirt and block. Image refreshes every minute.

January 14-15, 2008 - Light snow and melting (36 hour sequence in 13 seconds)

January 1-4, 2008 - 4 to 5 inch snowfall accumulation and melting (75 hour sequence in 23 seconds)

December 31, 2007 - freezing fog/rime ice deposits (12 hour sequence in 46 seconds)
