Description: Cars have trouble descending a steep hill during a snowfall in Charleston, West Virginia. A minivan loses control and crashes into a rocky ditch, bottoming out. Cars and pickups lock wheels and slide sideways. A plow truck barely misses the minivan and uses its blade to stop on the hill.
