Description: Winds from Tropical Storm Ernesto rock and progressively destroy a large lighted sign in Carolina Beach. First, the wind causes the electrical wiring in the sign to short out, causing the fluorescent lights to flicker then go dark. The fluorescent tubes fall to the ground, followed by the whole sign panel ripping from the frame and flying away.
