Description: Freezing rain glazes a brick-paved street on a steep hill. A pizza delivery driver slides out of control and does a 360 degree spin, hitting the curb and narrowly missing a parked truck. Another car slides off the road, jumps the sidewalk, knocks over a construction barrier and hits an embankment. Cars slide sideways and fishtail, some unable to stop at the intersection at the base of the hill.
