Description: Ominous signs show that Hurricane Rita is about to come ashore. The town of Port Arthur, Texas is a ghost town after evacuations, leaving little traffic on the roads. The wind is picking up and it has started to rain. Traffic lights and signs begin to sway and rock in the increasing winds. Flames from oil refinery stacks are flattened out by the wind. As night falls, the winds increase further as Rita is ready to begin inflicting the first acts of damage to the town.
