1996 Storm Chasing & Photography Accounts, Photos and Videos

1996 was still very much in the early years of lightning and storm chasing for me. I was living and going to school in Montgomery, West Virginia, a mountain valley location that did not lend itself well to views of storms. I was also without a permanent vehicle, making any observing outside of town impossible.
