This footage shows the impacts in the western St. Louis metro area. A 4x4 pickup truck with large off-road tires fishtails and spins out in front of the camera, then two cars collide behind the truck. Another pickup spins off of the road and strikes a fire hydrant, causing a major leak. Water gushes from the damaged hydrant.
