Description: The aftermath of Hurricane Rita in Beaumont and Vidor, Texas. Hundreds of large trees are down, blocking most roads. A few large trees have fallen on houses, crushing the structures. A church has lost a large part of its roof. A gas station canopy has been lifted into the air and thrown upside-down across the road. RVs and camping trailers are tossed upside-down. Billboards and highway signs have been toppled. Signs are damaged. A building's brick facade has collapsed. Cars drive through flooded roadways. Power lines dangle in floodwaters.
