Weather quiet but foggy in the Mountain State: Visibilities lower at higher elevations: August 23, 2004

CHARLESTON, WV - The weather is calm across West Virginia this mid-August Monday morning, with dense fog being the only event to speak of. Active weather will return to the state by midweek as chances for storms encroach on Huntington and Parkersburg.
