1999 Storm Chasing & Photography Logs, Photos & Videos

1999 was my second full year living in Charleston, West Virginia. The storm season was a productive one, with several good photogenic lightning shows in the spring and summer. The State Capitol lightning images captured this year remain some of my most popular of all time.
