In September of 2025, my work is generating the most income it ever has in my career. Yet, I'm being forced to shut down my successul operation, against my will, due to one cause alone: 95% of that revenue is being stolen by piracy and copyright infringement. I've lost more than $1 million to copyright infringement in the last 15 years, and it's finally brought an end to my professional storm chasing operation. Do not be misled by the lies of infringers, anti-copyright activists and organized piracy cartels. This page is a detailed, evidenced account of my battle I had to undertake to just barely stay in business, and eventually could not overcome. It's a problem faced by all of my colleagues and most other creators in the field.
I am not big on politics, so this will be my political post for the year. Every once in a while I Google the phrase "When did Bush lie?" to see if any new information shows up.
In every forum, every blog post, and every article I can find where someone asks this question, the response from the anti-Bush camps is always something like "we don't have any proof, but we're pretty sure he did."
What?
So the uproar that this country is in because half of us believe in something as fact that is really based on conjecture? Congress voted for the war. The WMD debacle was faulty intelligence, not deception. The majority of the USA and the world supported what we did. So where is the evidence that this was all a big lie? Where is the evidence that Bush knew all along there were not any WMDs? There is none! It is all an opinion, yet now even news outlets like CNN are stating as fact that the Iraq war was based on lies largely perpetrated by Bush. People are calling Bush a criminal and calling for impeachment. Come on! Show me some real proof and I'll jump on the bandwagon too. If all this conjecture turns out to be true, then yes, we've got a problem. But for now, put up some hard, well-documentable and verifiable evidence or stop the accusations. For now, calling Bush a liar is as much of a lie as what he is being accused of.
