It happened on Monday night in parts of West Virginia as a strong storm system began moving across our region. More storms are possible throughout this week. Below: From Storm Highway video on The Weather Channel this Tuesday: in Huntington, lightning flickered in the sky and people waded through a flooded downtown street. Cars plowed into flooded roadways. In Charleston, rain and fog dampened the city earlier in the day.
