Foggy but tranquil start to Autumn: Sunny and dry weather expected to prevail for the coming days: September 23, 2004

CHARLESTON, WV - Dense fog brought visibilities down to less than 1/8 mile in central West Virginia on Thursday morning. The fog was expected to lift by midday, leaving clear, sunny conditions.
