Heavy rains cause flooding across KY, WV: Coalfield counties see high water problems: April 30, 2005

LOGAN, WV - Persistent heavy rains lasting all night on Friday caused many creeks and streams to overflow their banks in southern West Virginia and eastern Kentucky. While the flooding was not severe, typical problems were common such as blocked roads and waterlogged yards.
