Thunderstorms affect tri-state region: Lightning, rainbows and spectacular clouds common sights: March 30, 2004
LAWRENCE COUNTY, OH - A closed low pressure system brought thunderstorms to West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio on Tuesday afternoon. The same system is forecast to bring several inches of snow to the mountains of West Virginia on Wednesday.
