More snowfall coats WV highways: Accidents frequent through Tuesday morning: December 13, 2004

ABOVE: Icy roads caused this accident near the Oakwood Road exit on I-64 in Charleston on Tuesday morning.

CHARLESTON and BECKLEY, WV - Persistent snowfall moved into West Virginia on Monday night into Tuesday morning, making roads treacherous across most of the state.
