: A very photogenic LP supercell spins near Conway, Texas on May 29, 2001. We could see several dust swirls on the ground below the cloud base. Shane Adams, another chaser who was much closer to the storm, confirmed that the dust swirls were brief tornadic spin-ups. We watched the storm slowly approach us for a few minutes, then headed south as its center drew closer. A panoramic view of this cell better shows its structure. Mammatus clouds filled the sky from west to east.
