Clear weather finally arrives - and by the looks of things, it will be here for a while. Great for photography subjects where crisp blue skies are ideal. Here is Raleigh's newest skyscraper, RBC Plaza, yesterday afternoon from the Boylan Avenue Bridge vantage point.
