I-64 rapidly becomes slick in Charleston, West Virginia during a burst of heavy snowfall on December 19, 2004. A truck can be seen spinning out of control on the far end of the bridge. Car crashes caused by ice and snow account for the majority of all auto accidents year-round. Image is from video.
