Security post update & reviving a few old pages

Here is the finished 'security post' in the backyard. It's probably a little over the top, with 3 dusk-to-dawn low voltage floodlights, 2 motion-activated floods and a CCTV camera. It was actually sort of fun to build. Total cost on this project is running close to $450, mainly due to all of the components needed to bring the new 110v circuit up to code (the GFCI breaker alone was 50 bucks - ouch!). The only other thing I plan to add to this later is a 110 volt outdoor outlet - nice to have if I ever put a shed or picnic table up there. I still haven't dug the trench for the conduit yet, but I decided I'm going the Ditch Witch route after digging about three feet of it - no way am I doing 100 feet by hand!

Return of old pages: Every once in a while you may another part of the old web site coming back on here. There are a few things that I think may still be worth having online, though I'm going to be fairly selective on what gets revived. For now, the Charleston and Event 2008 galleries are back.
