HD EXPEDITION VIDEO: Nitro, WV flooding on Memorial Day

Deep moisture, a stationary front and weak flow aloft means flash floods become the expedition subject of choice. This is something I'm normally focusing on in July and August. Radar estimates of over 1 inch in about an hour's time correlates well with what I saw in Nitro today. St. Albans saw slightly more. The highlight of the day was the culvert geyser near Nitro Marketplace.
