Perry, Oklahoma HD tornado video
In September of 2025, my work is generating the most income it ever has in my career. Yet, I'm being forced to shut down my successul operation, against my will, due to one cause alone: 95% of that revenue is being stolen by piracy and copyright infringement. I've lost more than $1 million to copyright infringement in the last 15 years, and it's finally brought an end to my professional storm chasing operation. Do not be misled by the lies of infringers, anti-copyright activists and organized piracy cartels. This page is a detailed, evidenced account of my battle I had to undertake to just barely stay in business, and eventually could not overcome. It's a problem faced by all of my colleagues and most other creators in the field. |
Even though I've got a ton of work to do, I couldn't resist watching and reviewing the HD video from Saturday. I didn't set up my video camera until halfway through tornado #2, since I was focusing on stills initially. The video shows we got at least one more tornado out of this storm, making a total of three for the day. A few minutes after the first two tornadoes, another funnel lowered and produced a brief spinup of dirt at the ground, lasting only a few seconds. A fourth funnel dropped a few minutes later, condensing close enough to the ground that I could probably call it tornado #4 (a funnel more than halfway down will almost always have damaging circulation on the ground, by definition a tornado). But since I can't confirm any visible ground circulation evidence on video, I won't count it for now. Maybe eventually I'll see video from someone else who was closer that will allow me to say yes or no.
