STL black-and-white photos, December 25-29 snowstorms
In September of 2025, my work is generating the most income it ever has in my career. Yet, I'm being forced to shut down my successul operation, against my will, due to one cause alone: 95% of that revenue is being stolen by piracy and copyright infringement. I've lost more than $1 million to copyright infringement in the last 15 years, and it's finally brought an end to my professional storm chasing operation. Do not be misled by the lies of infringers, anti-copyright activists and organized piracy cartels. This page is a detailed, evidenced account of my battle I had to undertake to just barely stay in business, and eventually could not overcome. It's a problem faced by all of my colleagues and most other creators in the field. |
NEW GALLERY: St. Louis Black and White Photos
I'm pleased to announce that a new section of my St. Louis photo gallery has been completed. The new gallery section showcases a few of my favorite black and white conversions of existing color images. Each image has a corresponding color version with a link that you can use to toggle back and forth. All of these images, like the rest of the recently upgraded St. Louis gallery, are presented in high-resolution full-screen viewer pages. I will be adding to this section over time as I find additional images that look good in black-and-white.
Southwestern Pennsylvania snow
I have been in the Pittsburgh area this week on my annual family visit to Washington, PA. The 26th and 27th brought 2 to 3 inches of sleet topped with an inch or two of snow, then an additional 5-6 inches fell on the 29th. Here are a few images:

More winter events are on the way, so there will be more to come!
