I've lost more than $1 million to copyright infringement in the last 15 years, and it's finally brought an end to my professional storm chasing operation. I had the pleasure of joining friends for a 6-mile floating raft trip on the Meramec River near Sullivan, Missouri on Labor Day. It was surprisingly quiet and the weather perfect, thanks to the passage of a cold front the previous day. Here are a few images.
