Spring rains settle in: Snow possible in higher elevations of the state: March 31, 2004

CHARLESTON, WV - Rain continues as a closed upper low pressure system spins over West Virginia this week. The low pressure center will be slow to move out, keeping rain and even snow for the mountains in the forecast.
