A taste of spring: Big warmup and rainy conditions move into the Mountain State: March 4, 2004

CHARLESTON, WV - Warming temperatures and rain are beginning to make things look a lot like springtime in West Virginia. Temperatures in the 70s and thunderstorms are expected for Friday in the Mountain State.
