HUNTINGTON, WV - Bright lightning, loud, booming thunder, street flooding, soaking downpours - in October? It happened on Monday night in parts of West Virginia as a strong storm system began moving across our region. More storms are possible throughout this week. Cars plowed into flooded roadways. In Charleston, rain and fog dampened the city earlier in the day.
