I moved into my new downtown Charleston office and semi-permanent studio this afternoon, sharing space with a company owned by my friend and business associate Paul Helmick. The Woolworth Building (205 Capitol) is near the corner of Capitol and Quarrier Streets. My office is Suite 202, with windows facing out of the front of the building overlooking Capitol Street. I got an awesome deal on the space.

This is a big step, but I'm pretty excited about the opportunities this will open up. Only 2 minutes from my house and actually within a decent walking/biking distance on nice days. The only bad thing about this is that Graziano's Pizza is on the same block, and Sakkio Japan is two blocks over at the mall food court - so it looks like I might be putting on a few pounds in the coming months.
